Background
I began my corporate career in 2016 as a Desktop Support Engineer, building a hands-on foundation in end-user systems and troubleshooting. From 2018 to 2023 I moved into IT Operations, where I took ownership of systems and network administration and the day-to-day work of keeping enterprise infrastructure stable, available, and secure. Since 2023 I have worked as a Cybersecurity Engineer, focusing on hardening identity, infrastructure, and detection.
